These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website nurbekerkulov.com (the "Site"), operated by Nurbek Erkulov, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the "Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to the Site only. The Company's separate software products are governed by their own terms of service, which you accept separately when you use those products.

Nurbek Erkulov, LLC is a limited liability company formed under the laws of the State of Delaware. The Site provides general information about the Company and the products it operates. The Site does not itself sell goods or services.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and the underlying source code — is the property of Nurbek Erkulov, LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top of this page indicates when they were last updated. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
