This Privacy Policy describes how Nurbek Erkulov, LLC ("we", "us", or the "Company") handles personal information in connection with the website nurbekerkulov.com (the "Site"). It does not cover the separate products operated by the Company; each of those products has its own privacy policy.

Information collected by the Site

The Site is a static informational website. We do not ask visitors to create accounts, submit forms, or provide personal information through the Site itself.

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes basic technical information about each request, such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, referrer, and timestamp. This information is used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site, and is retained according to Cloudflare's policies.

If you contact us by email, we will receive the information you choose to send (including your email address and message contents) and will use it to respond to your inquiry.

Information collected by our products

The Company operates separate software products at their own domains. Each product has its own privacy policy that governs information collected through that product:

• Tawny — privacy policy available on the product website.
• GramBots — privacy policy available on the product website.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to those products.

Cookies

The Site does not set its own cookies for analytics, advertising, or personalization. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security and reliability purposes (for example, to mitigate abuse and bot traffic).

Third-party processors

We rely on the following service providers to operate the Site:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, content delivery, and security.
• Cloudflare Email Routing — receiving email sent to addresses on the nurbekerkulov.com domain.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and applicable data-processing agreements.

Retention

We retain technical request logs only for as long as needed for security, troubleshooting, and operational purposes, after which they are deleted or aggregated. Email correspondence is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to address the matter and to comply with our legal obligations.
